Agreement
By using Lobby (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Vikba ApS, registered in Denmark. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
What Lobby provides
Lobby is a meeting room display service that syncs with your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 calendar and shows live room availability in real time. You can run it on TRMNL e-ink displays, or as virtual displays: a Lobby screen in a browser tab on any tablet, TV, or monitor you already own. Lobby also powers overview screens that summarise several rooms at once, for a hallway or reception.
We provide the software. Hardware is optional and bought separately: TRMNL e-ink displays come direct from TRMNL and you own them outright, or you reuse screens you already have. Lobby is free for up to 3 displays, with paid plans for unlimited displays and extra features.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per organisation, and one organisation per account: an account is for a single company (one business registration or tax ID), not shared between separate businesses. You may add multiple displays under it.
Pricing & billing
- Free tier: up to 3 active displays, free forever.
- Paid tiers (Unlimited, Pro Unlimited): billed monthly or yearly at a flat rate. No lock-in beyond the period you choose: pay monthly and you can leave at the end of any month; pay yearly and you’re committed only for that year.
- How we handle price changes is set out in our pricing pledge below.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We’re fair about it.
The Lobby pricing pledge
No surprise price hikes. Ever.
We keep pricing simple and predictable. So here’s our promise: we’ll never raise the price of your current Lobby plan by more than inflation.
The only exceptions are things we don’t control, like taxes, government or regulatory fees, or a real change in the third-party costs we pay to run the service.
If your price ever has to change, you’ll hear it from us at least 30 days beforehand. Every time. And we document every change, so there’s always a clear record of what changed and when.
The longer you stay with Lobby, the more we value your business. Not the more we try to charge for it.
Fair use
Don’t use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Hardware
TRMNL displays are third-party hardware not manufactured or sold by Vikba ApS. We don’t provide warranties for hardware. Please refer to TRMNL’s own warranty and return policies.
Your data
You own your data. We don’t claim any rights to it. We access your Google or Microsoft 365 calendar data only to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
Availability & liability
We aim for high uptime but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Lobby is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vikba ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your displays will continue working until the end of the current billing period. After that, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
