Agreement
By using Lobby (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Vikba ApS, registered in Denmark. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
What Lobby provides
Lobby is a meeting room display service that syncs with your Google Workspace calendar and shows live room availability on TRMNL e-ink screens. We provide the software layer — you purchase and own the hardware separately.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One account per organisation. You may add multiple displays under one account.
Pricing & billing
- Free tier: up to 3 active displays, free forever.
- Pro tier: billed monthly per display. No annual lock-in.
- We may adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — we’re fair about it.
Fair use
Don’t use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Hardware
TRMNL displays are third-party hardware not manufactured or sold by Vikba ApS. We don’t provide warranties for hardware — please refer to TRMNL’s own warranty and return policies.
Your data
You own your data. We don’t claim any rights to it. We access your Google Calendar data only to deliver the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
Availability & liability
We aim for high uptime but can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Lobby is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vikba ApS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your displays will continue working until the end of the current billing period. After that, your data is deleted within 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
