Install the Lobby app on your TRMNL
Open your TRMNL dashboard, go to the Plugin Store, search for Lobby, and install it. Done in seconds — no developer skills needed.
Create your Lobby account
Head to the Lobby get-started page and fill in your details. Free forever (up to 3 active devices).
Connect your Google Calendar
In your Lobby dashboard, click Connect Google Workspace, sign in with your Google admin account, and authorise access to your room resources. Bookings flow through automatically — no duplicate system.

Mount & enjoy
Stick the plate, snap the display, connect to WiFi. Within seconds it shows live room status. Green = available. Red = in use, with who has it and until when.
